Junior Trust Officer

We are an expanding, independent and privately owned multi-jurisdictional fiduciary group and for our Zurich office we are looking for a dynamic individual with experience in back-office trust and fiduciary administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support Relationship Managers with their day-to-day mandate administration (e.g. drafting of minutes/resolutions, review of bank statements, monitoring of payment executions, liaise with internal & external accountants, etc)
  • Formation and administration of client structures (trusts/companies/foundations)
  • General office administration
  • Creating and maintaining files
  • Be a part of various in-house projects

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Preliminary experience in the trust and fiduciary industry or in the financial sector would be ideal
  • Curious, dependable, and interested in gaining knowledge
  • Good MS office skills required
  • Fluent in English and good communicative skills in German, and any other language will be beneficial
  • Reliable, trustworthy, communicative, and a team-player
